We support our students with collaborative networking experiences. Our faculty cultivate our students in developing practical skills for the future. Students learn to become active, life-long, working professionals. They are encouraged to take on responsibility at the work place, to be innovative learners in their profession, and interact with employers to solve real-world problems.
Professional Development is achieved as students interact with expert faculty at the university and introduced to local employers in the community. Employer partners of UoNA are prominent leaders in international business and technology who help guide our students professionally. Practical training builds confidence, and as networking opportunities flourish; the potential to be more involved with the local community in global business, innovation, and technology is forged.
Each term UoNA provides a Networking Event whereby our students may meet with local employers to discuss opportunities and openings at their companies. Expert speakers who are leaders in their organizations present the innovative areas of interest their companies are looking into, or what type of skills they are looking for. In this manner, UoNA students may interact face-to-face with leaders in the field and learn what skills they need to develop for their future.
